Refunds And Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy on items, excluding earrings for hygiene reasons, sale items and hand made special orders.

If there is any problems with your order before leaving a negative review please contact our very friendly customer service team and we will always do our best to help :)

You will need to contact our customer service team info@brokebutcute.co.uk for all returns where they will process your refund. Your items will need to be returned in their original packaging and condition for a refund to be valid.

The cost of return postage will be paid by the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty item we will reimbursed the cost of postage only after the item has been returned to us and checked by customer service
